3 HOBOS . . . 1 AMAZING NIGHT

Last tour blog from the road and I'm really bummed out about that. Right now I'm sitting at my friend Josiah's house outside of Tulsa, OK. We played a fucking awesome show tonight @ The Monolith. JVA blew the roof off of the joint! We saw 2 homeless people sleeping in seperate spots behind the venue then an hour later they were spooning each other. What a crazy fucking time. Our show in Little Rock was kind of a weird time. Norma Jeans traveling sound man did sound, he also ended up being the drummer in my cousins band. No one was at the show.

After the show we stayed at a house inhabited by a band called DreamFast. They had a hot tub. It was full of black water . . . but you know that didn't stop us from getting nude and partying in it all night. Another great night of everyone get naked & getting wasted. Tarlowski got so drunk that he passed out so we decided to draw all over his face, a classic move. He caught Vic in the act and drunkely yelled at vic to "get back here" then drifted off again. Vic ran away like a kid who broke a window will a rogue baseball.

That night we drove to Hot Springs, AR. I didn't know what expect since the show was set up very last minute. It was at a place called The Exchange. It's a venue / apartment / apart of a national park. Such a cool fucking space. The show was a great time and even though they were uber Christian they were really cool to us and brought a ton of kids out to the show.

* A QUICK SIDE NOTE - ME AND EVERYONE ELSE WE'RE WITH JUST GOT BIRDMANED BY JOSIAH'S MOM WHO HAPPENS TO BE IN THE GAME, BEST MOMENT OF TOUR!*

We stayed in the apartment above the exchange and partied real late since it was our last night to stay with JVA who left after the show tonight. Vic woke up at 4:30am and was pissed because in a tired blurr he thought we were leaving instead of just lying down to go to sleep. This morning I swear a hog walked through the room, I heard it.

The show in tulsa fucking ruled. Friends from Nebraska and Wichita / Lawrence, KS came down for it and we had a killer time. Played with 3 awesome bands plus JVA. A classic hercules show move, a homless loser came in, loved us, then told us he played with Eric Clapton. After the show he was down the street surrounded by 3 cop cars, a firetruck and an ambulance. Jesus fucking christ, hobos love Hercules.

Now we're eating pizza, watching family guy and being bummed our show in springfield got called off. We'll be in Lincoln late tomorrow night, probably watching Walk Hard. Friday or Saturday I'll do my final tour blog. Really excited to see you all but not pumped on going back to work. Let's hang hard this weekend!
